"I called State Farm and spoke to Destiny Hernandez. I needed some help in providing my mortgage company with my homeowners insurance renewal policy. My mortgage company needed to confirm that I still had insurance coverage. Destiny was very helpful. She looked up my policy, and she made sure that the renewal was current and correct.
